Finally the day is here! Today I’m going into hospital to get my last tests and X-rays! I’m really excited 🙂 Then tomorrow morning at 8 am is my surgery 😀 it’s crazy how quickly it’s all come but I really can’t wait for it to be over (: I’m looking forward to all the positive outcomes the surgery will bring 😀 I know it will be worth it in the end!

I always remember finding it weird seeing people count down until surgery! I mean, isn’t counting down for something exciting such as a birthday or Christmas?! I never thought of an operation as being something I would be excited for, or something that I would count down to. However, I was wrong! I have never been more excited! I feel my surgery has come so quickly! I remember when I first found out I would be having surgery. It seemed like such a long time away. It’s crazy to think that there’s only 11 days left now and only 5 days left at school! I sometimes find it scary that I’m having such a big surgery, but there are so many positives that I am looking forward to! And honestly, I can’t wait to get it over with..(and to be taller) 😉 I understand now why people count down to surgery! Even though it is scary, there are so so many positive experiences that will come out of it! I feel that there is no point in being negative about it because the only way out is through! Only 11 days left 😉 can’t wait! 😀
